My goal for 2016 is to continue cycling and to stay injury free 🙂

But I would also like to…..

 

Cycle a sub hour for 25 miles

Continue to improve on my 10 mile tt time (22:56)

Bring my average weekly speeds up from 20:8mph

 

Old running times 2014.

Marathon

3:27:23  at my first marathon the Kent Road runner,  I actually ran 26.2 in 3:22:53 and ended running 26.8  so I know I have faster in my already.

1o Mile

1:14   at the Maidenhead Easter 10,  terrible race for me and I should have done MUCH better.

10K

42:26    at the Yateley 10k on 8th August 2013.  A hilly road race which I loved.

5k parkrun

20:43    at the Southampton parkrun on 3rd August 2013.  A nice parkrun around the common a few hills but nothing too bad.

5 Mile

33:59 at the Victory 5 on 15th September 2013. A nice flat fast road race although this was a windy day so a very tough finish.

Half Marathon

1:32:28 at the Gosport half,  great race but I found the second half tough

1 Mile

6:20   at the LRR measured mile on 10th September 2013.  A 1m accurately measured lap around the common with my club.
