Last week we received a lovely thank you card from Helen and Keith.

Dear Julian and Sue

Firstly my apologies for such a delay in writing this thank you card. It has been a busy few months since Keith and I got married in October.

We both wanted to say a massive thank you for the wonderful job you both did with our wedding photography. The pictures are wonderful. You were both absolutely brilliant and seemed to glide around effortlessly taking beautiful photographs and mingling with our guests as if you were members of the family, many of our guests commented on how lovely you both were and how amazing the photographs are. It just goes to show that while anyone with a camera can take a picture, it takes a much more personal touch to really capture the kind of amazing pictures that you are both known for.

It was really lovely of you to send the colour photographs of the speeches which I appreciate is not something you usually do and we are both grateful that you took the time to do that for us, we would definitely like to come in and put together an album with you both but I cant even suggest dates as Keith has already been deployed on operations. He will be back between Aug-Dec so we might have to wait until then. We hope you had a lovely Christmas and all the best for 2012.

Dear Jules and Sue,

We just wanted to say once again, a great big THANK YOU!

We are made up with the wonderful photos you took of us and our guests on our big day. You both have an incredible talent in your ability to capture the mood of the occasion perfectly. 

There are just so many superb shots of people caught unaware of your presence, who look so genuinely happy, which is the overriding vibe we had on the day, and now, thanks to you, we have those memories captured on film forever!

We are also delighted with the more staged, formal shots which look fantastic, and also manage to convey that relaxed, happy atmosphere  – the clarity is unbelievable and your framing of the shots is great!

Your ability to make people feel relaxed is testament to your wonderful nature and your manner with us and our guests. 

It really has been a pleasure ‘working’ (for want of a better word!!) with you guys and we feel that we have gained two new friends out of it. We love your style, both professionally and personally – please, don’t ever change! x

On Sunday we joined Peter and Karen for their wedding at cain Manor in Farnham, the day started out amazingly with blue skies and sunshine which is great for October and although the rain kept off it did get a little breezy and chilly as the day went ob but not enough to dampen any spirits.  We started our day with karen and the girls for prep at Cain and had an hour there before meeting Peter and the boys at the All Saints church in Headley for there shots,  soon Karen arrived looking amazing and walked into a stunned church, after a lovely ceremony we walked back outside still sunny and spent 30 minutes or so at teh church for some lovely relazed photos and comnfetti before heading back to Cain, Once there the wind picked up but we took our family photos outside and managed to go for a drive with Peter and Karen for a few couples shots.

Soon we were called into dinner and then speeches which were fun and then onto the dancing which was amazing thanks to Licence to Ceilidh who are an amazing Ceilidh band

The flowere were supplied by Emma 

All in all a great wedding and a perfect day.

This weekend saw our last “planned” double wedding weekend of 2001 and what better a way to start it than with Richard and Adele who got married on the most amazing day in the New Forest at the Bartley Lodge which is fast becoming one of our favourite wedding venues in Hampshire.

We started our day with Adele and her 2 amazing daughters Holly and Chloe for some lovely preps, as well as the usual things we also had cupcakesyum yum yum and lots and lots of sunshine, we spent an hour or so with the girls and then went to find Richard and the boys for some relaxed portraits in the bar before going back to Adele for the last few moments prior to the wedding,   We walked down to the lovely ceremony room and had a beautiful ceremony with lots of tears and laughter and then out into the grounds and more late October sunshine,  we had a couple of lovely hours in the sun before we had to head into dinner and then the speeches which again were very emotive and afterwards we had a break for an hour so we took Adele and the girls for some shots as well as the happy couple.

We then headed into dance before Sue and I left for home.

Today I want to say thanks to Lynn to so much emotion and for reminding us all what weddings are about “LOVE”  to Melody for making me laugh so much and a special thanks to Holly and Chloe for making us both feel so welcome and of course to everyone at the wedding but mostly to Richard and Adele for being just as much fun as we thought you would be, it was an amazing day guys and if carlesburg made weddings…………………………………………….
