On Tuesday we took Mark and Rachel to west Wittering for there engagement shot on a beautiful hot sunny day, We are photographing their wedding later this month at the beautiful Spread Eagle hotel,

Last week we had a great afternoon with Patrick and Laura in Hampshire in a bluebell woods, The weather was amazing as were the bluebells, We are photographing their wedding in 2011 at the Barns at Bury Court and both looking forward to it.
On Sunday we met with Daryl and Charissa for a pre wedding shoot at Rhinefield house where they are getting married in June. Although it was dry it was brisk so we had a quick walk around the grounds before enjoying a coffee in the lounge where we met up with our friend and Rhinefield Toastmaster David Thompson who will be looking after there big day.
Sue and I photograph around 40 weddings each year and 10 of those weddings each year at Rhinefield House and have already photographed 2 this year, its our most popular venues and we both love working there.

Last week amidst a brief snowfall we met with Robin and Emma at Lainston House for a few engagement photos prior to their wedding next month, Apart from the snow and it being boggy underfoot, it was lovely and we are both looking forward to the lovely wedding.
Being boggy underfoot did not stop Sue suggesting that I lay down for the “shooting through the flower shot” yeah she is all heart. We do an engagement shoot with all our couples, its a great way to get to know them better and a fine excuse for a coffee as well.

We have shot a couple of engagement portraits over the past couple of weeks, The first here is Stu and Rebecca who we took to Rhinefield.

This past week has kept us busy with 3 engagement shoots. November is a great time for these as we are less busy with our weddings and more able to get out and about,
This first shoot is with Dan and Sarah who’s wedding we are photographing on the 23rd December. Its a wonderful time to be out in the New Forest photographing if like us you are lucky with the weather. We had a real fun time and are both very much looking forward to Dan and Sarah’s wedding.
Simon and Rachel called into our studio en route to a short break in Dorset for a few pre wedding photographs with a view to using one as a signature frame. We met Simon and Rachel like we do a lot of our couples at a wedding. Their wedding is in March at the very popular Cain Manor and we are both looking forward to another wedding there at this wonderful time of year.
Our last few photos are of Toby and Melanie who we met with last week at their wedding venue which is the very beautiful Ashdown Park Hotel. Saturday was a dreadful day so we made the most of the inside to grab a few very quick shots in between the wedding there and lunch. We are photographing Toby and Mell’s wedding in December and cannot wait to join them at Ashdown.
