Phil and Emily and a pair of wellingtons @ Lainston House Winchester

Yesterday we joined Phil and Emily for their beautiful winter wedding at Lainston House near Winchester, The weather was very obedient, in fact it stayed dry just long enough for the family photos and a few portraits in the grounds and then it rained and it rained…

We started our Day with Emily and her bridesmaids Vicky and Mel, who was a past bride of ours from 2005 so it was great to catch up with her and her husband Rob, after makeup by our good friend Helen Spencer we headed off to meet up with Phil and the boys where we also bumped into another one of our past brides from 2007 Emma and her husband Gareth who were also guests at the wedding,

After a few shots with the boys we headed in for a great ceremony and then some family shots outside and then a glass of bubbly or 2 before we took Phil and Emily outside for some beautiful portraits just as the light started to fade. Emily of course wore her very colorful wellies which made for some fab photos and lots of remarks from the guests, we have Beki Roach to thank for this trend :-)

We then went into the wedding breakfast and then some very entertaining speeches and great dancing before Sue & I headed off home.

It was wonderful to see so many old friends and to meet some new ones yesterday, great to see a couple of our couples :-) and hopefully meet a few future couple !!!

Have a great honeymoon guys & see you soon

Jules & Sue xx

Our training school

Today we spent a great day at Marwell Zoo on one of our “getting to know your camera” workshops with one of our Brides from 2007 Beccs, we had a great day and below are a few great photos that Beccs took with her new Nikon D5000.

Beccs was brand new to DSLR photography and picked it up great.

I hope you enjoy these photos as much as we did.

Ypu can find more details about our courses on our training website.
