Our 3rd and last wedding last weekend was on Saturday when we joined Bruce and Jo for there wedding in Highfield Park.  We met Bruce last year but only recently met Jo, we were pleased that we hit it off with Jo straight away which made their wedding a joy to be part of.

We started our day at Jo’s parents house in Dummer where no only did we photograph some great preparation shots we also got to meet Dot (Jo’s lovely Grandma) and her parents but also the 3 Crazy Bridesmaids, and yes I mean crazy!!!  Little did I know that they would get even crazier with time

We then drove to the beautiful Ellisfield church for a service led by an ex RAF chaplain which was lovely and following that we has a few brief photos outside the church before heading off to Highfield Park. Once there we had a couple of hours on the lawns drinking bubbly and taking pictures, well taking piccies for us whilst they drank the bubbly  we then had a little while with Bruce and Jo for their portraits before heading into the wedding breakfast.

After dinner we had another hour or so in the sun with the 3 naughty bridesmaids before heading on in to dance the night away.

On Thursday we joined Steve and Vicky for the first of our 3 weddings for this week and it was a cracking wedding to start our weekend just as we had expected.  We started our day with Vicky at home for some relaxed and unhurried preperation photos before heading off to Stanstead House to meet up with Steve and the lads. We had a few minutes in and out of the showers with the lads before the registrars called them in which was perfect timing as the weather picked up perfectly as our beautiful bride Vicky was driven up in her uncles convertible BMW with the lid down.

After a beautiful ceremony we headed outside for a few family shots before all heading down to the chapel in the grounds for a blessing, it was our first blessing there and it was wonderful, after the blessing we all headed to the reception venue which was the nearby West Stoke House and it turned out to be a beautiful afternoon wandering around in the gardens, after a few relaxed fun portraits we all went into the wedding breakfast which was followed by coffee and then dancing.

During the evening we were entertained by the wonderful Danielle Merrick who is an amazing singer and you just have to check out her website.

All in all it was a great wedding with some wonderful guests including my new 6 week old buddy xhanda.
