Yesterday we joined Simon and Rachel at Cain Manor for their lovely wedding,  It was a wonderful day and we were able to spend it outside in the grounds which made for some lovely photographs.  We met Simon and Rachel at Simon and Sara’s wedding back in 2006 and it was great to see some old faces again, we have also recently shot Neil and Steph’s wedding which is the same group of friends.

We started the day with Rachel at Cain before meeting Simon and the lads and then onto the ceremony,  after the wedding breakfast the music stated and everybody was up and dancing as Sue & I left.

Sue and I are back at cain very soon and are looking forward to it.

Yesterday we joined Steve and Jenny for a wonderful wedding in Salisbury which started at St Michael’s and all Angels church in Winterbourne Earls and then at the White Hart Hotel in Salisbury.  3 years ago we photographed Jenny’s Sister Lizzie’s wedding in the same church so it was great to go back and meet all of her lovely family again, it was just like spending a day with friends,  Steve’s family all came down from Essex and were a great laugh so all in all it was a wonderful wedding day.

We started the day in the Pub with Steve and the lads before heading off back to meet the Vicar  ( the boys scoffing extra strong mints )  and then as guests started to arrive we spent an hour just chatting with our old friends.

Jenny arrived looking fantastic and off we went into the beautiful church.  After the service we took a few family groups outside and then headed off to the White Hart Hotel where we were greeted by our good friend David Petty the Toastmaster who then helped keep the wedding rolling along for the afternoon and evening,

We finished off our day with the first dance and some great shots out in the high street before heading off home.

It was wonderful to see you all again and Richard and Bernadette I cant believe this is the last daughter

Last week we met Isla for the first time,  Sue & I photographed her Mum and Dads wedding back in 2006 and were delighted when Laura called to tell me the news.

Isla (dont you just love that name)  was was 14 weeks old and was sporting a dress from the Baby Dior collection

On Friday Sue and I met with Ian and Yvonne down at Highcliffe Castle for an engagement shoot, We choose Highcliffe because Ian and Yvonne and getting married on the Isle of Wight in August and from the Beach we could see the island which made it quite a special location.

We are both very much looking forward to their wedding in August and cant wait to work with Ian and Yvonne again,

Good morning, 

Quite a few of our clients have mentioned over the past few weeks that our main wedding website has become very slow to view, I am sure you understand how concerned Sue & I are about that.

Our website was custom designed for us almost 5 years ago so although it has lasted well, it is looking a little outdated now and we really want to stay cutting edge,  The photos are small and for a while we have been unhappy with that, I have for a little while now been speaking to my friend Scott about a complete custom replacement which we planned to so later this year but it will take a while design and build. We still hope to redesign and combine everything at some point so that all of our websites follow the same form, but I think we both are working too hard at the moment to give it the time and dedication it deserves.

To sort the wedding site problem we have decided to replace it with a very simple but stunning website that we already owned and had planned to use as a portrait site but I think you will all agree that it works very well with our wedding work and we are both very happy with it.

We hope to launch the new site within the next 48 hours and look forward to your comments about it overall.
