Christmas Eve with Roger and Jasmine

After a fantastic few days over Christmas we have just edited our wonderful Christmas Eve wedding with Roger and Jasmine.

We met Roger and Jasmine for a walk through Chichester before the wedding which was great with all the last minute shoppers and again we walked back after the ceremony,   We dont often ask our brides to sit on Piller boxes but we did and Jasmine obliged:)

Roger and Jasmine had planned a lovely wedding in Chichester and Midhurst which was more a day long party which everybody loved and the party went on long into the night, Sue & I left at around 11pm just after the wonderful lazer show.

Thanks for allowing us to join your party guys,

Happy New Year

Dan and Sarah at Chewton Glen

On the 23rd December we joined Dan and Sarah for their wedding in St Peters Church in Titchfield Common and then a wonderful reception at Chewton Glen in the New Forest.

We started the day with Dan, his Brothers and Dad for a great time whilst they were getting ready which translated means arguing about Cravats and Handkerchiefs :), Dans Mum soon arrived and she sorted them all out and we got some lovely family shots before Sue & I headed off to see Sarah with her parents at their house,  Sarah and her parents were noticeably calmer.  :)

We finally left for the church and to see Dan again, We had a perfect seasonal wedding ceremony led by The Rev Bill Day accompanied by a wonderful Choir who also chimed in with a few festive carols and true to form I was singing along at the back of the church where fortunately only Sue could hear me.

After the ceremony we took a few photos outside the lovely 1300 year old church before we headed off to Chewton Glen, Dan and Sarah in a beautiful Princess courtesy of Distinctly Daimler of Southampton.

Once at Chewton our good friend Adam greeted us with drinks in the morning room before we all met in the tinkers bar for pre dinner speeches which were both entertaining and very moving.

The meal was perfect as were the after meal coffee’s all accompanied by some wonderful guests chatting and mingling.

Sue & I were honored to be part of your special festive day and would like to wish you all a very merry christmas and a perfect new year.

Toby and Melanie @ Ashdown Park

On Saturday we joined Toby and Mel for their wedding in Ashdown Park it was a wonderful winter day with lots of sunshine and very mild compared to the last two weddings.

We started the day with Mel getting ready and then pooped over to see the boys, all 11 of them:) to do a few arrival shots outside. After lots of debate about cravats we managed to get started,  We then went into the wonderful candle lit ceremony for what was a lovely service.

We were very lucky to take Toby and Mel out to lake for a few shots just as dusk arrived but it made for some beautiful photographs before we headed in for drinks and diner which for us was a very tasty lamb meal.

The whole day was filled with music from Neal and Sue from impromptu who were fantastic and very nice people to boot !

Later in the evening we had some sensational speeches and were joined by French and Saunders as well as a whole host of other celebs but then Toby is an Icon so its to be expected !!!!!

We then went into the dancing and had a couple of great confetti canons before Sue & I headed of towards the M25.

Merry Christmas to you all

Tim and Ruth @ The Lainston House Hotel

On Sunday we joined Tim and Ruth for their wedding at Lainston House Hotel in Winchester for what was a bright and crisp winters day.

We started the day with Ruth at home before heading off to St Johns Church in Horns Drove Rownhams for a beautiful service led by another Jules:)

After the service we headed off to Lainston House in a convoy of classic cars led by our very good friend Mick from The Romsey Carriage Company who as always did a sterling job.

We arrived at The Lainston House Hotel with just enough time to take our formals outside as well as a few shots with Tim and Ruth before heading into dinner.

Sue & I had the largest Shepards Pie you have ever seen:) perfect winter warming food.

After the meal we took a few more portraits before starting the evening reception with a DJ and a band.

Tim and Ruth had a wonderful day with weather they had dreamed of.
