Bracken Place Nursery Staff Photo’s

Today Sue & I visited Bracken Place Day Nursery to take a few more staff photographs to go on there wall displays to help the parents recognize the staff as well as to familiarize  the staff to the children.

We do this several times over the year and always enjoy our time there.  It was great to see all the children again enjoying a brief  spell in the Sun.

Daniel aged 4 months

We photographed Catherine and Dave’s wedding back in February 07 and on Tuesday for the second time we got to photograph there beautiful baby boy Daniel.

Daniel is a proper little boy who wriggles around all over the place and will not lay still:)just like Daddy ! Catherine and Dave love our contemporary photography style both with weddings and portraiture  which is why they decided to bring Daniel along

We took some great shots and look forward to seeing Daniel again in a few months, Its always nice to catch up with Cat and Dave for a coffee and a chat.

New Wedding Venue Website

Along with our new blog Sue & I have also been working on a replacement Venue site. My good friend Scott Wright built our old site a few years ago but we wanted to update to update it to keep it inline with our new blog and planned website changes later this year.

We were absolutely delighted with our blog so we decided to carry on the theme with our new venue site,

Our site will not officially launch for a couple weeks but we thought you might like a Sneak Peek .

Please come back here and leave a comment to let us know what you think,

Engagement shoot with George and Becky

On Friday we met with George and Becky at Rhinefield House in the New Forest to take a few engagement photo’s and to have a chat about there upcoming August wedding there. George and Becky have a fabulous wedding planned and Sue and I are both looking forward to it as is everybody else I am sure,

We first met with George and Becky a couple of months back and were very happy to be included in there wedding plans, This was out 5th Rhinefield House wedding booked this year so far.

Whilst we were walking around we were fortunate enough to bump into the Michael Judd who will probably be there Toastmaster on the day.

We were very lucky to be able to fit in this shoot because George is a Pilot in the services and often away with is regiment and Becky flies with British Airways and again spends a lot of time away. We are always grateful to our couples when they manage to fit in a pre wedding shoot and it really does make a difference on the day.

Thanks Guys,

Rob and Helen @The Royal Berkshire Ascot

On Saturday we traveled to Ascot to photograph the wedding of Rob and Helen which took place at St Peters Church Cranbourn and then onto The Royal Berkshire Ascot.

Our day Started at The Royal Berkshire where we met with Helen and her Bridesmaids Laura and Jackie as well as Mums Sheila and Sheila (that was not confusing at all) all getting ready for the big day ahead. Helen was in great spirits despite the gloomy weather and very excited because Rob had given her a beautiful Tiffany Necklace.

We then left Helen and her pals to meet with Rob and his mates, Dave, Matt, Alex, Will and Antony at the Church they all made the day run very smoothly Thanks Guys:). St Peters had just undergone a complete restoration after severe fire damage which ravaged the whole church. Lots of info about the restoration can be found on there website.

Helen arrived fashionably late but in style thanks to Jim from Berkshire Classic Cars and one of there beautiful classic Jaguars S types. and was definitely worth waiting for she looked

After a beautiful service Helen and rob left the church just as the April showers appeared and arrived at The Royal Berkshire a few moments later where we took a few nice pictures in and around the car before heading in once again for shelter.

Rob and Helen then spent the afternoon sipping champagne along with there 90 guests laughing all the way. The wedding breakfast came as did the speeches along with lots of laughter as well as tears later taken over by lots of shot drinking around a certain two tables who will remain nameless:)

After the Wedding breakfast Sue & I had a great time taking Rob and Helen outside for some great portraiture which turned out to be the driest part of the day and we made the most of it, we then came back inside for some great dancing and carried on the evenings entertainment. O and more shots !

We both hope you enjoy these photographs, we certainly enjoyed ourselves being part of Rob and Helen’s Wedding.
